1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between 4 SHIELD LLC, a Wyoming Benefit LLC ("4 SHIELD," "we," "us," or "our"), and the individual or organization that accesses or uses 4CITE.ai ("you" or "Customer"). By creating an account, purchasing a 4CITE Cert, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
4CITE.ai (the "Service") is a software platform that scores text documents on four independent structural-integrity dimensions and produces analytical output, including Scans, Reports, and immutable Integrity Certificates. The Service is offered for the legal, business, and government verticals through 4CITE⁴law, 4CITE⁴biz, and 4CITE⁴gov.
